Cooking is a great way to come down from designing all day. It also provides its own immediate rewards, wouldn’t you agree?

I love to get in the kitchen and make stuff. Delicious stuff. Stuff I get from my friends at a couple restaurants I frequent. Stuff I get from friends on the net. And stuff I've culled from lots of surfing like a squirrel.

Offering #2: Boxty (Irish Potato Pancake) Recipe

"Boxty" is a traditional Irish potato pancake that contains a mixture of mashed and grated potatoes, resulting in a unique texture that’s part pancake, part hash brown. While suitable on an Irish breakfast table, boxty pairs well with so many cuisines or meals. And they're totally great with a heaping of apple sauce.

First Offering: White Chicken Chili

White chicken chili isn’t new. In fact, a quick google for “white chicken chili recipe” will give you almost 8 thousand results in 1/3 of a second. But MY WCC is the best I've had. I think it's because of the subtle flavor the barbequeing of the chicken breasts brings. Try it, see if I’m right. It's also great over Granny Franer Noodles
